Change!!

Core believes do they change periodically, or do certain events forces an individual to change  some... times drastically. Is change a good thing or a bad thing? I guess only people around that transformed being can tell. How often do people change?

I believe that I haven't changed much since I was a teenager, matured? thats for sure, but changed...hummmm not really!!
